Modern comfortable house with large south facing terrace situated in a relaxing rural location surrounded by lovely peaceful countryside. Ideally situated to explore the region with Le Mont Saint Michel just 25 minutes away. The living area is open plan which makes it a very light and airy environment with plenty of windows plus 2 large patio doors leading to different areas of the garden. Located just 150 metres from the beach between 2 harbours, Hauteville/Mer is home to large sandy beaches, where you can enjoy beach games, relaxation or water activities. Hauteville is also very popular with hikers, on foot or bike. Beach market at 400 meters with all shops as well as library, equestrian center,cinema, sailing school, tennis, football, pétanque, beach games and one of the largest coastal markets every Sunday morning.
