This family house located in the heart of Saint-Pair-sur-Mer, close to shops and the beach is ideal for a quiet vacation. You can get everywhere on foot. It is easily accessible for a person with reduced mobility: a parking space is available in front of the house, there is a bed and bathroom on the ground floor, access to the garden is also on the ground floor. Beautiful 200 m2 garden enclosed by wall, facing south. Sheets and towels not included (extra €10/pers)
