The 100 m2 apartment we offer was completely renovated in 2023. It is located on the 1st floor and has a large balcony that you can enjoy during the beautiful summer evenings. Being on site, I am easily reachable if needed. You will have access to all the amenities of Châteauroux-les-Alpes (bakery, grocery store, bar and restaurant) a 5-minute drive away. The Embrun water park as well as small shops and supermarkets are a 10-minute drive.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. From the balcony, magnificent views of the village and mountains, free private parking, close to several ski resorts, Vars, St Anne, Sauze and Super Sauze with free shuttle. 5-minute walk to cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails. Lots of sites to visit, fort, bridge, village. Beautiful hiking to do on foot. I accept a minimum of 3 nights outside of school holidays
