On the road to the Col Agnel, the chalet appears. On one level. Discreet. Almost secret. Facing the mountains, lulled by the crystalline murmur of the Aigue Agnelle, it seems to have always been there. As if it were just waiting for you to arrive. Time here naturally slows down. You open the door and enter an enveloping atmosphere. The old wood tells stories, the stone retains the coolness of the mountain, and the light gently enters through the large openings.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services.
