House renovated in May 2025.Calme, on foot: city center with bakery/butcher/press bar, pharmacy,cheese shop), train station 5 mins, restaurant 5 mins, Intermarché 5 mins), stations 1h, Annecy 1h.Our place:hikes, tobogganing, snowshoeing in the forest,vineyard and cellar in nearby villages,lake 5 mins,WAM PARK. Ask our guide with all the right places! Free parking space, private entrance, 1st floor kitchen and bathroom with toilet. On the 2nd floor the rooms with 1 toilet. NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING
