La climatisation est uniquement dans les 2 chambres mansardées. Étant une ancienne maison avec de gros murs le bas est frais même en été. Visiter l'abbaye d'Hautecombe, à 6km le village de Chanaz ses artisans, son canal, restaurants au bord de l'eau.

We rent an appartement with one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and bathroom, in an old renovated farm in a charming small village overlooking the Lac de Bourget. It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, cayak, canoeing, bicycle riding. Ideal for a stay for two, this quiet studio of about 35 m2 is located north of Lake Bourget, near the Savières Canal, in its wildest part. You will be a 4-minute walk from the port and beach of Conjux. Ideally located between lake and mountain, it will delight both water sports enthusiasts and hikers: via ferrata, climbing, cycling, everything is possible. In winter, skiing 45 minutes away... cross-country skiing, snowpark, track, beautiful family resorts!

This place is close to walking trails. It is located 2 km from the beach of Châtillon at the end of Lake Bourget, and it is a 10-minute drive 9 km from Chanaz, a very flowery village crossed by a Roman canal that connects the Lake to the Rhône from where boats leave for Aix-les-Bains as well as the Abbey of Hautecombe, necropolis of the Kings of Italy. For bike lovers, it is possible to take excursions in the largest poplar grove in Europe.

Stay in the countryside in a private, unpretentious 50 m2 garden level. Ideal for nature-loving athletes. The owners live on the upper floor but are very discreet. The cottage is located close to Lake Bourget. Here there is no Wi-Fi or TV but books and board games. Our cottage DOES NOT ACCEPT ANIMALS. Rent a 3-seater canoe, but provide roof bars for transportation. Introduction to caving (for a fee). No electric charging.
