The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, 300 m from a large sandy beach and on the edge of protected dunes for beautiful hikes. Ideal for disconnecting and recharging your batteries in contact with wild and authentic nature. You will also have a large fully enclosed garden to relax out of sight. Hiking, shore fishing, cycling, water sports, golf, tennis, horse riding. In 20 minutes you will be in Granville or Coutances, in 1 hour 15 minutes at Mont St Michel.

Very large and beautiful family home in Cancale!

Beautiful house with a very large garden located in the heart of Cancale. Very quiet and pleasant environment. Everything is on foot and everything is easy: shops, the port and restaurants! The house, with its 300 m2, offers very pleasant living spaces for great conviviality, and also quiet and spacious rooms. The sea and coastal trails are 10 minutes walk. Minimum term rental: 2 nights out of season. 3 nights for long weekends 4 nights in summer Thanks ☺️
