Furnished studio, air-conditioned, new, all comfort on the ground floor, quiet with comfortable bedding in 120 Studio 1 person. Quiet, greenery parking a stone's throw from the CNPE power plant in Golfech and Agen Sud. Close to shops, Lamagistere train station. We take great care of the hygiene of the premises. The premises are fully cleaned and disinfected (floor, furniture, bedding, sanitary facilities, contact points) between each guest. Duvet, fitted sheet + duvet cover, 1 towel, cleaning.

Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

Un commerce vous permettra de vous approvisionner(fermé le lundi) Vous apprécierez notre logement pour son emplacement, le calme. Le studio est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires, mais pas pour les enfants. Les animaux ne sont pas admis.

Nous sommes idéalement placés : à 5 minutes du péage de l'A62 et à 3 kilomètres de notre magnifique village d'Auvillar que nous invitons à découvrir ! Toulouse (45 mn) et Bordeaux (1H15), 7 km de la Centrale de Golfech.

It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.
