Great central location, it is on 4th floor so be prepared to take the stairs a few times a day. Also, there are no cars slowed in centre-ville so you must park 5-10 m away in a town lot. $20 €/ day.

Place was comfortable and a perfect base to explore not only Aix but surrounding areas. We would definitely consider coming back.

Gregoire and Magali are gems and their place is fantastic. We definitely want to come back and would recommend them and their place to friends or family. The apartment is a little outside of the main town and right next to a parking lot so it's perfect if you plan on renting a car or if you want a beautiful quiet place that is still walking distance to the main attractions. If you're coming from the TGV station, I'd recommend an uber. This place looks nice in the pictures and it's even better in person. The beds are comfortable and shower is large. Dishwasher works great and so does the washer,kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. The lift and the stairs are right by entrance to the building. The Apartment is on the first floor almost directly across from the elevator so it's quite simple to get in and out. There's a chest in the corner stacked with games for families. It is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family of 4. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

We had a great time with the family at this beautiful house. We also rented the small attached studio for everyone to come in and it was perfect. The house is spacious, well equipped and well decorated. The many bathrooms are very convenient for stays with friends and family. Recommended!

The house is well located and spacious enough to stay with the family, in a quiet area. The accommodation is very clean and well thought out to spend some good times. Nathalie’s apartment is comfortable for us, 2 humans and 2 big dogs — very nicely decorated with good-quality furniture, beddings and utensils; everything we needed when staying in (Netflix, nespresso etc) and to enjoy home cooking was available to us. The location is perfect for exploring the Intramuros / main sights as everything was walking distance. The indoor parking and elevator were a bonus. Nathalie welcomed us and was very warm and accommodating. I’m happy with our choice to stay here and would highly recommend this place.

We requested for an early check-in and the host was very prompt to let us know when the apartment was ready. The apartment was very clean and had a full functioning kitchen. There is also a very nice outdoor area right outside the apartment where you can enjoy a meal or two. There is a lift which is great for those that have big luggage.

We stayed 4 nights and loved it. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers aged 11 and 14. The setting was idyllic and very relaxing. The apartment was perfect (clean and well-equipped) and the host was very active. The mattress on the couch was excellent. We had left the room for the children. We only have one regret which is that we should have stayed longer so we felt good there. Certainly we'll be back 😊

The river makes this place so beautiful that you never feel you need to leave the apartment; spending time there feels like a relaxing vacation.
