Fully equipped 20 m2 2-room accommodation with private terrace and mezzanine bedroom, ideally located in the municipality of Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire (shops 400 m away, quick access to the airport or SNCF train station in 10 min, bus 100 m away for access to downtown Nantes in 15 min, banks of the Loire 5 min away)

Nice 3-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with view and pool access in a quiet and green subdivision. With a private entrance, it is comfortable and well-equipped. Access to the swimming pool is regulated and reserved only for the occupants of the 2 apartments as well as for us, the owners. Located near Nantes and the banks of the Loire. Bus nearby, 15 minutes from the center of Nantes. Perfect for 4 to 6 people Possibility of having breakfast and dinner on request and in addition.

In the Sebastiennais garden

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

Our house is from the 1950s, it was designed from A to Z by my dad. We live on the first floor and the apartment is below. We have updated everything. The apartment includes 1 large bedroom with bed 1 living room sofa and 1 single bed 1 fully-equipped kitchen 1 shower 1 toilet You have access through the boiler room to the garden. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is quiet.
