This very nice little studio, in a recently renovated Art Deco hotel, is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Servan, 50 m from the Bas-Sablons beach, close to the Bouvet theater and all the shops on Rue Ville-Pépin and public transport - Mairie bus stop (lines 1, 3 & 8) with connections to the TGV station.
