The Little Secret

We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

Situated on the banks of the Charente, the appartment forms a wing of an ancient priory, set in it's own walled seven hectare park. With it's own private terrace overlooking the river and a twenty metre swimming pool, the park also contains formal gardens, rose walk and stone steps down to the river. Located in the heart of a picturesque village, surrounded by vineyards, the house is a short walk to a Michelin starred restaurant and local bar. The Cognac Golf course is a 3 minute drive.

From your king-size bed, you are immersed in the vineyards, facing the sunset and the stars with no one in sight. When you open the dome door, the Cognac countryside welcomes you with open arms, and 5 minutes away is the town of Cognac with its wine tourism attractions and other great places that we will be delighted to share with you. Adjacent to our winery, you can come and discover the distillery, the tractors, etc. Or stay as a couple and enjoy moments suspended in time.

Situated in Grande Champagne, the house is ideal for families and offers a country-style living environment. Les Aulnes – Ile de Malvy

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Gîte Annexe du Pont de la Charente

The annex is adjacent to the main house, yet independent. On the 1st floor, it comprises two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a small lounge area, and on the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a shower room. You'll particularly appreciate the surrounding greenery and outdoor space, allowing you to enjoy the peace and quiet of our shared garden, under the trees or on the terrace. Closed garage for bikes

We welcome you to our cottage "au son de l'eau", a true haven of peace located at the end of a dead end on the banks of the Charente. Its location makes it a quiet place, ideal for unwinding. This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.
