Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

In a completely private and quiet area, situated in beautiful gardens (8000 m2) the property features a walnut grove, private swimming pool, a veranda, a beautiful garden and all the comforts you need. It is also suitable for people with reduced mobility with bedroom, kitchen,bathroom on the ground floor. The charming village of Saint Sozy with its shops and restaurants is 5mins walking distance.
