Located in Saint-Jean Montclar resort, our nice apartment is perfect to enjoy the mountain in winter and summer. It is at the 3rd and last floor of a recently renovated residence (2015), offering a lovely view of the mountain. In the heart of the resort, close to all shops and entertainment (pumptrack, ice rink, tennis, children's games ...). Ideal starting point for adventure: winter sports (chairlifts at 100m!), hiking, trail, marmots watching, mountain bike, paragliding... All for fun!

Lovely ground-floor apartment in our chalet. Renovated in 2023. Independent access, the soundproofing is very goodfiber optics. dramatic scenery. The village of Saint-Vincent-les-Forts (altitude 1350m) is 300m away, well-known for its paragliding, its view of Lake Serre Ponçon, and its excellent inn. The water sports center is an 8-minute drive away, and the Montclar resort ( 4 seasons activities) is 6 minutes away. Several hiking and mountain biking trails depart from the chalet.

Located close to the St Jean Montclar resort and Lake Serre Ponçon, you can enjoy many activities: tree climbing, via ferrata, canyoning, rafting, swimming pool, tennis. Paragliding departs from the village.

Perched on stilts above the village of La Bâtie-Neuve, Chalet L'Écureuil welcomes you to its cosy, treehouse-style cabin on the edge of the forest, at the far end of the property, behind the main chalet occupied by the owners. You can access the property via a charming 50-metre footpath and enjoy a magnificent view of the valley. Its 19 m² covered outdoor terrace features a fully private hot tub. Adults only. Babies and children not permitted.

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.
