Enjoy a wide range of activities: skiing, mountain biking, hiking, paragliding… and, on sunny days, swimming, water skiing, rafting and boat trips on the lake.

Large studio (35m²) 20m from the chairlift

Our 35m² studio have been restored recently. It is located in the nearest of chair lift residence (20m). You will be on first floor with balcony facing south, a window with a Dormillouse mountain and ski slopes view. It includes private ski box in the entrance. Cozy and convinient, the accomodation is ideal for sporty families. Kitchen is fully equipement News beddings have been chosen for daily use. Possibility of parking at the foot of the residence (non-private parking).

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Rents a fully renovated studio ( 25m²) in the Grand Pavois building located at the foot of the slopes of St Jean Montclar station 2 hours from Marseille. The accommodation contains a balcony with magnificent mountain and ski area views. The place is good for couples, solo travelers and families. Pets are not allowed. SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Cleaning by the tenant( 40 Euros if not done correctly).
