This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

This charming 46 m2 house/apartment, freshly renovated is in the historic heart of St Martin (18th century building). Ideally located, a short walk to the port, market and shops. The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In addition, the disability tourism labeling is in progress.

On a closed and wooded plot of 3600 m², this basement studio with an area of 40 m² is completely renovated. Northwest facing, it is bright and sunny. Ideally located in the countryside and 15 minutes from the sea, you can fully enjoy these two assets. Pets are allowed (we have a dog, a cat and a pony). A pool is located in the front part of the property, so children will be placed under parental supervision.

I offer guests a cottage attached to my primary residence. Access through a gate is shared. The private entrance gives you access to the cottage. The property is in the village of Jard-sur-Mer.
