Charmante Villa d'été "Sous les Pins" située dans le coeur de la Palmyre aux Trémières. Cette maison familiale qui a été rénovée en 2021 est idéale pour passer d'agréables vacances sans avoir à prendre la voiture, tout est accessible à pied ou à vélo. La plage est 7 min à pied, les commerces à 2 min, marché, balades en forêt, tennis, golf, zoo, accrobranche, boulodrome, spa, restaurants, parcs d'attractions, pistes cyclables, base nautique, etc... Tout est à proximité.

Urlaub im Tiny House mit allem, was man braucht: ein bequemes Bett, eine moderne Küche. Liebevolle Ausstattung & hell und freundlich. 20 qm zum Wohlfühlen. Plus eine 15 qm überdachte Terrasse. Das Tiny House wurde von einer Architektin entworfen und 2025 gebaut. In der Straße gibt es eine Abkürzung durch den Wald zm Strand (4 Minuten zu Fuß).
