The kitchen is well equipped but is not very large, the sitting area with TV is equipped with a 2-seater sofa. 20-minute walk to the city center and 2-minute walk to the beach, also close to all amenities.

Upstairs, a large bedroom with a skylight balcony offering a beautiful view of the St Vincent and Perret neighborhoods , as well as, on a clear day, a beautiful sea escape.
