You will stay in the wedding hall of the legendary L'Espérance hotel, which has been transformed into two comfortable, refurbished, single-storey apartments. You can enjoy a covered terrace of 20 m² with a view of the vineyards and the Loire, as well as a private courtyard for parking your vehicle. House ideally located in a wine-growing village (18) in the heart of the Sancerre region, 5 km from the Loire cycle route. Village church listed as a historic monument. Tour of the wineries with tasting, 200 metres from the cottage. A connection for an electric/hybrid car is available on request for a fee of €10 per day.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!
