A house full of charm with its exposed beams and garden. A large living room with open, fitted and equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet. Parking is available in the yard or in front of the house. One bedroom with 140 bed and one bedroom with 160 and 80 bed Wi-Fi, Chromecast connected TV.

Simplify your life in this peaceful and central accommodation. This quiet studio, close to all amenities and the sea, will allow you to rest while being next to Les Sables and close to the sea. You will have parking in front of the studio, closed parking and inside my property! So there's no risk to your vehicle! You are 3 minutes by car from the Arena, or even go there by bicycle or on foot. Come and rest, sunbathe and enjoy this peaceful retreat with ease!

Large wooden terrace. Sheets, towels and cleaning are optional.
