My place is close to the city center. It is good for couples and solo travelers. We do not provide linens and towels except on request. No extra cleaning but the studio must be clean upon checkout. A deposit of €50 is required at key exchange. Clean and tidy upon arrival, all or part of this deposit will be charged if cleaning is not done. Free parking spaces right next door. Come and sleep in this newly renovated home. La Roche-sur-Yon is 10 minutes away, Le Puy du Fou is 45 minutes away, Les Sables-d'Olonne is 30 minutes away. It has a 140/190 double bed upstairs accessible by a staircase with a separate bathroom. Its 140/190 sofa bed can accommodate an extra adult or 2 children. Newly restored mill in the heart of the Marais Poitevin

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase. Combining wood, exterior coating with lime, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.
