Nice apartment of 45m2 fully furnished in 2021 and redecorated in 2025. Located in the southern district of Vertou, in front of the vineyards and 5 minutes from the South Pole shopping center. Direct access to walking tours from the house. 20 minutes by car from the center of Nantes. The apartment is adjoining our house, with a private parking space. Ideal for working during the week or your weekend getaways! Quiet area, accessible only by car.

Fully equipped and designed for 2 people, it will delight you for short or long stays. Enjoy the patio/winter garden to relax or work in. A beautiful park along the Sèvre Nantaise is right next door. Public transport, a supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance and Nantes city center is 15 minutes by bike.

Charming outbuilding in a green setting with independent access through our garden. You have a large bedroom and a shower room with toilet. A coffee maker is available. Following the recommendations of guests, we added a table and a small fridge. Small outdoor terrace with table and chairs on sunny days, not overlooked. Possibility to park your vehicle and bikes. The accommodation is located near the banks of the Loire.

Very nice and spacious mezzanine studio on garden

You will stay in a nice independent mezzanine studio, fully equipped, adjoining my house. Access is secured by a gate and keypad and you can park inside the property. You access it via an external staircase. This comfortable studio is quiet and bright with a view of the unoverlooked garden. You have an equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking essentials and a beautiful bathroom with large shower and toilet.

Come and discover our "Woody"! For a short or extended stay, it is comfortable, welcoming and has a private garden, quiet from its cul-de-sac. Because a good sleep comes with good bedding, the Woody is equipped with a quality sofa bed (Emma®). It can accommodate a variety of guests, nature lovers with walks along the Erdre 200 m away or city dwellers with transport nearby (tram 1, tram train, bus 86 and bus E5).

In a quiet and leafy residential area, close to the tram-train, the ring road (near the airport), shops, a leisure area (cinemas, restaurants), I welcome you to a house with garden, equipped kitchen, bathroom and spacious bedroom with queen size bed. The accommodation includes wifi, a TV, a washing machine, an oven and a microwave. Easy and free street parking. Linens and towels are provided. No smoking allowed.

Our house is from the 1950s, it was designed from A to Z by my dad. We live on the first floor and the apartment is below. We've brought everything up to date. The apartment includes 1 large bedroom... with bed 1 sofa bed and 1 single bed 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 x shower 1 wc You have access to the garden through the boiler room. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is calm.
