Holiday rentals with a balcony in Sainte-Maxime

Awesome stay, central place close to the Croisette. The rooms are modular and clean, the apartment is large, the small welcome package was very useful. Quiet also for location. Séverine welcomed us and very well guided, always responsive and friendly, adapting to our needs. Two points of attention that didn't really bother us: the flow of the showers is very low and the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. We'll be happy to go back to the apartment.

The house location is just perfect close to the shops and the beach. The house is spatious and perfectly accomodating, kitchen very well equipped. check in/ check out were very smooth. Treacy was very helpful. thank you for making our stay memorable.

We had a really nice stay, the apartment was clean and tidy, the beaches were accessible.

Listing as described. It is clean and well-equipped. Exterior lighting is missing so we couldn't enjoy the terrace. Lots of co-ownership rules that we weren't aware of. The owners of the other properties are not very nice, we had remonstrations at the pool (we were talking about being too loud). The agents of the Serrendy agency are very available and nice.

The best ever place we have rented in Cannes so far. The apartment has been in nearly perfect condition and the location is at the center of the city and all the local attractions.

Very nice apartment, very functional. Exceptional location! 5 min to the beach, supermarket just behind, no need to use a vehicle. BIG PLUS for parking space. Very good communication with Sandra. I recommend it!

We spend three weeks which was wonderful every thing was perfect , closed compound safe place and Helmi was very helpful and responding immediately for any questions. There is nearby walking distance to a supermarket and a bakery. Car is a must to visit other areas 12-20 minutes to Cannes . 2 bathrooms one of them upstairs for 4 bedrooms the only negative point. Definitely we will comeback again to this home because we felt like at our home since the first day . 5 stars place 👍

Villa with a very good location, between Saint Tropez and Frejus. A breathtaking view, a very quiet area, ideal for families. In this villa 3 independent floors so can accommodate 3 families without worries while respecting their privacy. However, it would be necessary to provide the basic amenities.
