Pleasant independent cosy 2-room apartment located between countryside and sea. New housing unit of 38 m2 rented in 2022. Perfectly equipped enjoy a relaxing accommodation. No smoking allowed It is located in a village where you will find a caterer, bakery, tobacco bar and 2 pizzeria. In the village of La Jarrie, just 3 km away, all local shops will be at your disposal (API 24/24 Intermarché supermarket, Pharmacy, doctors, petrol station...)
