Lugan is located 3.5 km from the Toulouse-Albi highway, 30 minutes from Toulouse, 30 minutes from Albi and 15 minutes from Gaillac. Independent cottage next to the owners' house. Two terraces, one of which is 30 m², garden, access to swimming pool and outdoor games shared with the owners. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet. Second floor: bedroom with private shower room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet. Electric heating + wood-burning stove. Free baby equipment upon request.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

At the Co gîte, you will find a real private relaxation area with heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna accessible year-round. The accommodation is located in the countryside amidst wheat and sunflower fields, and will offer you calm and serenity. You will find all amenities within 5 minutes by car (grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, post office, supermarket) and many activities nearby (hiking, walking and mountain biking, wake boarding, museum/tourist site visits)

No food available. Parties and outdoor rentals are not accepted.

We have 3 gites at the property. All have a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and combination/microwave oven, a bathroom and washing machine, TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels are provided. The garden and pool are shared between the gites. Gite No.7 is a two-storey cottage attached to the main house with private entrance, terrace and gas BBQ plancha. Accommodates 2 people in 1 kingsize bed.

You can enjoy the terrace and the park, which are directly accessible from the kitchen, as well as the pool, which is shared among all the guests of the domaine.

Totally independent, it is ideal for several families. Private saltwater pool. The estate is adjacent to the Canal du Midi, allowing you to reach the center of Carcassonne by bike.
