Upstairs 7 bedrooms: 5 large bedrooms (5 double rooms) and 1 small room 1 pers bed 90 X 190 cm + all the equipment for 4 babies: 2 beds 60 X 150 cm -up to 5 years-, travel bed + bed-bench in +, soft baby park, bath and 2 new bath chairsborn and baby, toys... And 1 very large and beautiful bright dorm-games room with 6 white patinated bunk beds or 12 beds 1 person, toys. So 23 persons. Large closets available in each room. 3 large bathrooms, 2 separate toilets. Dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, freezer, washing machine, dryer. Lingerie. House well heated in winter. On the ground floor: - English lounge: games room for teenagers and adults: billiards, darts. - Moroccan lounge: new big TV, Wii, DVD, library, board games, reading room and rest. - Main living room of 50m2 with large fireplace, piano. - Large bright stone kitchen with fireplace, fully equipped (including Thermomix, Nespresso coffee,...). Internet connection. Outside: - Large terrace (exceptional relaxing view of the hilly countryside) for aperitif/ lunch/ dinner and roller skating, skate... - Large pool 6m X 12m (secured by fence with gate opening from the inside), without any vis à vis, to be used under the supervision of an adult, nice outdoor shower warm. Access pool wooden staircase irregular slightly slippery: draws your attention for great caution in these stairs. - Petanque, clean sandbox, swings (including baby swing and rope knots), large barbecue, very large flower garden overlooking the fields of sunflowers/ wheats. Outdoor facilities (tables for 18 people, chairs, many woven sunbeds). Large trampoline secured by a net to be used under adult supervision. Garden and pool maintained by professionals. Nice chicken coop: 2 hens (organic eggs at your disposal). In the countryside, the house, bordered by 2 rows of plane trees, is on a hill surrounded by 2 oak woods: view of the slopes of Lauragais beautiful and soothing. Parking for 6 cars. House 500m from the road so no danger for the little ones. From the large room, you can see the mountain range of the Pyrenees. Very quiet. Cleaning after you leave. Arrival time: 5 pm Departure time: 10am for weekly rental, 16 pm for weekend rental. Sheets, large quality towels, bath mats, tea towels and bibs provided on request at a price of 400 € (package) per week only. This is an option to pay on the site. Archery activity at home by reservation (Parcours des portes des Couserans). All amenities in the village at 2 km (caterer butcher Capel, large supermarket open all day and Sunday morning, quality bakeries, primeur and organic department store, butchers, local market, beauty institute, service station, pharmacy, medical and dental office, osteopath, garagiste, etc...). Entre nature et campagne, nos animaux (poules, ânes et chevaux) et nous même seront ravis de vous accueillir. Venez vous balader sur les nombreux chemins de randonnées, à pied, en vélo ou à cheval. Les producteurs locaux vous présenterons les produits du terroir. Commerces et parcours d'accrobranche sont à une dizaine de km. Tables d'hôtes possible.

Le domaine est situé à 30 min de saint Gaudens, 1h de Toulouse, de Tarbes et de Auch. La ville de Lourdes et la station de ski La Mongie sont à 1h30 chacune. La piscine de 11x5 m est ouverte à partir de la saison printanière (du 30/04 au 30/09) . Mobilier de jardin confortable et barbecue. De nombreuses activités de randonnées sont proposés dans la région. La campagne environnante se laisse découvrir également à cheval ou en VTT. Wifi inclus, 8 places parking privé.

Nous proposons un logement entièrement neuf de 54m² , entièrement équipé, dans un environnement calme et paisible. Le logement dispose d'une chambre avec un lit en 160 x 200 , ainsi que d'un canapé lit deux places très confortable . Vous pourrez faire connaissance avec nos lamas , nos ânes , ainsi que nos chevaux. Nous n'acceptons pas les animaux .(chiens)
