A one-of-a-kind old house surrounded by forests. There is also a friendly black cat outside

※ There are no bears in this area. You can stay with peace of mind. A house in the woods. In a magnificent old house at the end of a Ghibli-like forest road, you can enjoy BBQs, campfires, Goemon baths, and other natural activities that can only be enjoyed in the mountains. There are no street lights, and at night you can see the starry sky. Spending time feeling the mountains with your whole body, which you can see in each season, is an irreplaceable pleasure. It is an old-fashioned house with a magnificent main pillar, earthen walls, and built-in storage, but the first floor is completely covered with cedar boards, giving it a new feel. The water area features a newly built island kitchen and a large wash basin. The bath is a Goemon bath that uses both wood and gas, so you can cook with wood or use hot water. Outside the house, there is a friendly sign cat named Aosuke, who will come up to you if you are outside. It is located about 15 minutes by car from the Ishikari Mountain ropeway, making it easy to get to the mountains.
