This place has just been renovated! It was a stone barn that now has all the comforts. 17km from Spain, 20km from Luchon and ski resorts (Mourtis,Luchon-Superbagnères, Peyragudes). On the ground floor, you have a kitchen lounge, a large bathroom with separate toilets, and two bedrooms with a new 160 bed Upstairs a dorm with 4 small beds. Ideal for 2 families. The outside is not finished yet (it will be for summer) that's why I put attractive prices!

"La Maisonnette" has everything you need! A wood stove in winter and a private garden and cocooning in summer!! It is located in the charming village of Saléchan (65), 20 minutes by car from the town of Luchon (31110). In winter, the ski resorts of Mourtis, Superbagnères and Peyragudes are 30 minutes away. In summer, many outdoor sports nearby, tourist sites (St Bertrand de Comminges, small villages of the Barousse), spa (Luchon, Loudenvielle).

Le Playras: charming barn, panoramic view

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

Our family home is 1h15 from Toulouse, 20 minutes from the Spanish border and Luchonnais, and 30 minutes from the first ski resorts, quiet! On the terrace you can have lunch with a breathtaking view of the village. An outdoor Nordic Spa is available to relax after a mountain walk. Swimming possible in a beautiful natural lake located 200m away at the exit of the village. The courtyard and park are fully fenced. Bikes available.
