Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Salem County

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely and cozy house. Everything was very clean and had all the necessary kitchen utensils. Mrs. Angela was very attentive and helpful. The apartment is located in a good area with many establishments nearby.

David was an incredible host during my stay in Wilmington - he was proactively communicative, as well as supportive / flexible to shifts in our travel plans. This apartment quickly felt like home during my extended stay - it's fully furnished with everything we needed, a short walk to the office downtown, and right across the street from a lovely park. I'd highly recommend staying short-term or long-term at any of David's Airbnbs.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jeff made our stay very pleasant with his quick responses and easy to follow instructions. There are so many food options and there is A LOT to do within a very short walking distance. Whenever my family and I come back to Deleware, we will definitely be staying here again!

The host/s place is located near Riverfront boardwalk. It only takes about half an hour to get there by walking. It was convenient for us because we did not wanted to drive a car. Other than that inside the house was fine and we were just happy with it. Thanks for having us! Maria and Tomasz

My wife and I and our youngest daughter stayed at the apartment for a couple of days to visit our son who lives in the area. The apartment is very comfortable and nicely decorated. We appreciated the little things Dr. Katina provided to make us feel welcomed (e.g., snacks, water and juice bottles in the fridge, good coffee selection, etc). Since we stayed over a weekend, we didn't have to worry about the 2-hr. parking limit on weekdays, and we were always able to find parking on the street (the furthest away we parked was a block away). Dr. Katina was very responsive to our messages and she provided a great recommendation for brunch (Coterie, just down the street from the apartment). Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend staying here if you're visiting Wilmington.

Really appreciate Bob accommodations and prompted responses , as he accommodated a few artiest for the Art Museum . Thank you Bob for the Space and also giving the guest a place to stay and trust .

Dawn had thought of everything one could possibly need and provided copious snacks and supplies. I especially loved the second floor. It was sunny and extremely spacious. I had a hard time pulling myself away from the space to go downstairs to the first floor. The bedroom and bathrooms were huge. The separate working space/office had a huge walk-in closet space. There were lots of closets as well as lots of good hangers. I appreciated all the thoughtfulness Dawn put into everything throughout the entire unit. Highly recommend!

The property was super clean and the amenities are modern and in like-new condition. Would stay here again if needed!

The house was just lovely and comfortable. We were able to spread out to sleep, then gather in the living room and dining room to catch up and plan. We were in town for a family event so didn't get a chance to explore but the area seemed very nice and the locals were impressed with the location. Common areas were on the ground floor, three bedrooms on second (we had problems regulating the temp at night there) and then a single/twin bed on the top floor. It is an old house but clearly lovingly renovated so that it didn't feel old and creaky, except for the front doorknob coming off. I would stay there again and have recommended it to the Wilmington locals for their guests. All of the hosts were friendly, quick to answer questions, and work with our schedules. Thanks to you all!

The house was perfect. Clean, neat and comfortable. So beautifully situated at the lake. The outside was wonderful. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking. A great stay!

We really enjoyed staying in the house. Nancy and Charles went over and beyond our expectations. Their response to any and all questions were very quick. The house is beautiful and well equipped for all our needs. The house was very clean. The area is very quiet.

House and property are immaculate. Hosts have done an amazing job bringing this property back to all its glory. House has everything you could ask for and move, would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to return!

Marilyn's house was cozy, spacious, bright and very clean. The kitchen, bathrooms & laundry were well stocked with everything needed. The beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets. There were 6 adults and twin toddlers in our group. We only stayed for 2 nights as we were there for a wedding. Most of the house is carpeted. Usually, I do not prefer carpeted stays, but Marilyn's carpets were very clean, and I did not mind the carpeting at all. Definitely a great house for a family that is looking to stay in the area. There is a nice fenced yard. The towns of Swedesboro & Woodstown are quaint. The Philadelphia zoo is only 20 minutes away. Plenty of eateries & places to visit .

Nikhil's place is great! Amazing location for anything going on in downtown Wilmington. Very comfortable and Nikhil was very communicative.

Dhameer’s condo was great. We were close to restaurants and shops, and the area was walkable. The apartment was clean and tidy, and we appreciated Dhameer’s good communication. Highly recommended!

It was a lovely place. Chris communicated well and was responsive. The area was mostly quiet, with occasional squeaks of the upstairs floorboards . Clean except the couch cushions could use a bit more cleaning of some stains and crumbs from the previous guest. Not too much to do In the area but it was pleasant to walk around the area.

Chris quickly responded to all messages containing questions, etc. His location is perfect, as can easily access Nemours Estate, Trolley Square restaurants, zoo, and much more. Easy access to the highway. The neighborhood was beautiful, providing for a variety of walks in the area. The apartment is well designed with 2 bedrooms in the back with a door separating bedroom area from kitchen/dining/living room area. Perfect for a family. We highly recommend Chris' apartment.

This was our third stay at Michael's place. We continue to come back because the condo is lovely, clean, and the perfect Trolley Square location — we can walk to all of our favorite coffee shops and restaurants. Great stay in Trolley Square.

Marc place was a little piece of paradise looking over a wide vista of trees and distant beautiful architecture ….. street parking was no problem and it was close to everywhere it seemed! It was quiet and secluded and cosy warm ☺️
