This semi-detached house has an unparalleled sunny location overlooking Hundfjället & Tandådalen. That together with its own outdoor spa and well selected material choices make the house quite unique. 5 bedrooms and kitchen in an open plan with the living room. Outside the house, the cross-country ski and scooter tracks pass by in the winter, and about 200 meters away, the ski and swimming bus stop. During the winter season, the house is only rented weekly with Saturday as a changeover day. During the winter season (full week) cleaning is included on departure in the price.

In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area, there is a pool and paddle tennis court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

Two fully equipped bathrooms with shower and sauna in one. Ski storage with good storage and ski boot heaters. Newly built mountain cabin near Stöten

Newly built mountain cabin (2024) located in scenic Gräsheden's Vildmarksby. Approximately 10 minutes to Stöten ski resort, approximately 25 minutes to Sälenfjällens facilities and approximately 40 minutes to Trysil. Next to the cabin, there are cross-country ski trails 3 and 8 km and snowmobile trails. In summer, there are nice hiking trails around the area and it is 2 km to Södra Kungsleden. 500 m to Görälven for fishing, 25 min to Rörbäcksnäs with its well-known mountain bike trails. There are also several swimming areas within a few km distance. Sauna!

The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage can accommodate: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that becomes 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

Welcome to our newly built apartment (4+2 beds) in the modern area of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen. The accommodation is only about 250 meters from the new Söderåsen Express lift, which gives you access to the entire lift system in Lindvallen. The accommodation is within walking distance of cross-country ski trails and Experium with adventure baths, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. During the summer season, you have free access to a heated pool and paddle tennis court. In the area, there are activities such as cycling, hiking and summer skiing, etc.

Gubbmyren's cross-country ski track is only 100 meters from the house with loops of 5, 7 and 10 km. The cottage with nice mountain architecture is perfect for those of you looking for a comfortable accommodation with room for the larger company.

Området ligger på fridfullt läge med ski in-ski out möjlighet till liften Söderåsen Express med uppvärmda säten och vindskydd. Lägenheten ligger på behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom äventyrsbad, bowling och restauranger. Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

Lägenhet, byggd 2020, hyres ut i Lindvallen Sälen. En av norra Europas största skidorter. Bästa Ski in/Ski out läge. 30 meter från backen. Det är bara att sätta på sig skidorna och åka ut i Karinbacken. Från Karinbacken är det lätt att ta sig till Lindvallens största backe; Gustavsbacken. Städning ingår. Linnepaket finns att hyra samt uppbäddning av säng. Det går på 150kr per person (ungefär €14) och det innehåller 1st kuddöverdrag, påslakan, underlakan, stor och liten handduk.

Pool och Padelbanan är nu stängd för säsongen. I det nybyggda området Fjällbäcken Pool & Paddel är vår lägenhet belägen med omedelbar närhet till Söderåstorget. Vårt hus är närmast torget. Vid Söderåstorget har SkiStar installerat en ny 6stolssittlift (med vindskydd och värme i sitsen) som startar tvärs över vägen från oss. Så kort promenad till liften. Hem glider man enkelt! Experium med dess aktiviteter, MTB center, Cross Country Arena etc ligger även inom promenadavstå
