Exclusive 140 m² chalet in the heart of Lindvallen – genuine ski-in/ski-out, with the ski lift directly connected to the property; furthermore, Söderåstorget, restaurants, après-ski facilities and Experium with swimming and spa are all within walking distance. Four bedrooms, two on each floor (sleeping 8–9), two bathrooms (one with a sauna), a stone-clad fireplace, generous ceiling height, large windows, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a large balcony, and a spacious storage room. The kitchens, chests of drawers and wardrobes are from Kvänum. Approximately 20 minutes to Scandinavian Mountain Airport.

Cottage with private sauna and cross-country ski trails right outside the door
Enjoy quiet days in a cosy cabin with a pleasant fireplace, a new wood-fired sauna and an outdoor cold tub (from May to October), which is perfect for relaxing after hiking in the mountains, cross-country skiing or a day on the slopes. The cabin is large, spacious and open-plan. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, by skis and by bike. There is a possibility of hunting and fishing. Right outside the door there is a well-developed network of well-groomed ski slopes. There is a short distance to the alpine resorts in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes).

In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area there is a pool and padel court (the pool open mid June-August). Fjällbäcken is a new built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross country tracks, hiking trails, climbing park and bike trails/trail.

This semi-detached house has an unparalleled sunny location overlooking Hundfjället & Tandådalen. That together with its own outdoor spa and well selected material choices make the house quite unique. 5 bedrooms and kitchen in an open plan with the living room. Outside the house, cross-country ski and snowmobile tracks pass by in the winter, and about 200 metres away the ski and swimming bus stops. During the winter season (full week), cleaning on departure is included in the price. Booking only possible Saturday to Saturday, weeks 51-16.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. Within walking distance to the nearest lift and Experium. With delightful views of the slopes from the balcony on the top floor and the pool area just outside. During the summer, there is a swimming pool and paddle facility next to the apartment building. Two bedrooms with combined kitchen and living room. Sauna for two people, stove, drying cabinet, private parking, Wi-Fi and smart TV. There is parking with a charging station for electric cars.
