Highlights of the home include a hot tub, open kitchen and dining area, living room with fireplace and library wall, luxurious tile shower with dual shower heads, screened-in porch, furnished outdoor dining space, fire pit area, and ample off-street parking.

Beautiful high rock lake front cottage !

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. High rock lake front very secluded area of the lake. Private pier and floating dock. We are on a shallow part of the lake at times if it’s dry enough or damns open out pier can be on the ground. 95% of them time we have good water. There are outside cameras and they are off during your stay, but if it makes you feel more comfortable, we leave the blink module in living room you can unplug during your stay just plug back in when you leave.

We are a 10 minute drive from Charlotte Motor Speedway and a 5 minute drive to the downtown shops, cafes and galleries. The Old Welding Shop

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful setting. Close to interstate 77 and 40, this rural farm is rustic elegance. With a library for the family and a home theater with classic DVD's, you have plenty to do even on rainy days. The bedroom has a king bed, and the main room has a trundle with two twins and a futon sofa. The 900 sq. ft. guesthouse you'll stay in, was the old welding shop from years ago and gives you access to walking trails and the farm burn pit.

Come stay in a renovated farmhouse that has been in our family for generations. This peaceful escape features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, with a hide-away bed in the living room couch. Relax on the screened in porch and watch the Texas Longhorn cows in the backyard, or enjoy a swing in the breezy covered patio. You can see horses, pigs, chickens and cows without ever leaving the shade.
