Located on the hillside of Passy, facing south, we are 1 km from the highway exit! Starting point for ski resorts (on average 15 km away) or beautiful hikes all around, we are also 40 minutes from Annecy and Geneva

This garden level surrounded by a hedge allows you to eat outside.
