Villa Sairio: old time idyll HML stationary

Sairio: really close. For us, you walk from the train station, and from us you walk for a swim. You can get to us by bus, and your own car. Our house is from v 1929, but the apartment has been renovated in 2018. The room has beds for 2 adults and 1 child. There's a spare mattress if you need it. In a small kitchen, you'll enjoy morning coffee and evening snacks. Your own spacious bathroom. The lush yard offers space for a stay. In the summer, there is a terrace with food groups and hammocks.

A new log cabin with a beautiful view to a lake

A new, well-equipped log cabin built 2018 with a good access to the main roads and nearby cities. The cabin is located on a hill with a great view to a big lake. The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)

Absolutely lovely and peaceful

A rare atmospheric cabin with a kitchen-living room, a terrace, a sauna, and a dressing room - a total of 52m. The rocky beach of Längelmävesi, with open views of Isoniemenselä. A slope plot that opens in the direction of south-west, tall pines, coastline 90m, hard-bottomed beach. A place decorated with a heart: I drive patina, old objects, beautiful details, hand carved logs. Rowing boat in use and fishing possible. Hot water tank in the sauna. Personalized puucee.

Honkapirtti

Comfortably peaceful and cozy Honkapirtti by the clean Pälkänevesi. The cottage is about 3km from the center of Pälkäne, grocery stores, etc. The slopes and outdoor terrain of the Sappee ski resort are 23 km away. If it feels like a long trip to Sappee, the heart of Syrjänharju is also a perfect setting for outdoor activities and exercise. One double bed, one bunk bed, plus a sofa bed. The cottage has its own beach. The beach is shallow and mostly hard-bottomed.

Villa Mylly in Näsijärvi

At Villa Mylly you will stay in a peaceful and stylish environment. Completed in 2024, the villa is located in the Paarlahti of Näsijärvi, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Tampere. You can also get next to it by bus. The villa has all the modern day amenities such as an indoor toilet and shower. Accommodates 4 adults and 1 child. The beach sauna is available for an additional fee (25€). The lot is in use in the summer time (from 1 May to 30 September).

Lakefront log suite

From Helsinki Airport by train to the lake? Log cabin on a beautiful private plot. Possibility to swim, rent a wood-fired sauna, kayak (2 pcs), sup-board (2 pcs) and rowing boat. The lake and adjacent rapids are popular with fishermen. The Birgita Trail hiking trail and the canoeing trail around Lempäälä run alongside. Ski slopes 2 km. Train station 1.2 km, from where you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping centre 7 km.

Cosy apartment close to tram

This small and compact apartment is located near good services, beautiful trecking paths and lakes with great swimming. Even in the winter you will have a chance to try cold dipping in a lake with a sauna. You will reach Tampere city in 20 minutes by tram. There is no kitchen but the apartment is equipped for making coffee/tea, preparing breakfast and heating up food. A peaceful location on 7th floor. Well suited for remote working and studying.

Cottage in the countryside

Welcome to Villa Valpuri, a lovely cottage on the Peltola estate in Kangas, Raiku village. Villa Valpuri is easy to reach - it is just a stone's throw from Tampere-Lahti road. From Villa Valpuri, you can admire Raikunjärvi and within a walking distance, you can enjoy the great outdoor opportunities of Vehoniemenharju with its lean-tos. At Villa Valpuri, you will feel like you are resting in the Finnish countryside.

Modern studio in Kangasala centre, free parking

Next to Kangasala market place (very central location). 20 min from Tampere by car. Nice view from the balcony, where you can enjoy the evening sun. Shops and other services close by. Lift takes you directly to the underground car park. Buses to Tampere leave in front of the building. A big tv has been installed on the wall (not in the pictures). Quick wi-fi.

Charming appartment in early 20th century house. Great location in the pittoresque Pispala district. Free parking nearby and very good public transport. Pyynikki nature reserve with jogging trails are just 100 meters away. There's a small bedroom with high quality bed (160 cm). In the livingroom, there's a sofabed. Kitchen is fully equipped, incl. dishwasher.

Kukkokallio is a high-quality log villa completed in June 2021 on a magnificent rocky plot opening to the west. The villa is located in Kuhmalahti, Kangasala, on the shores of Längelmävesi. The place is peaceful and the nearest neighbor is about 300 meters away. A hot tub (no jacuzzi) is available at an additional cost of 50 eur/day and 80 eur/week
