Perfect to come to peace or make excursions to the Paderborn surroundings. The guest area (1st floor) with its own bathroom (1st floor) and communal kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet farmyard just outside (!!!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

Enjoy nature in an apple tree house and shepherd's wagon

Outdoor fans, take note! On our farm we have just the thing for you: A cozy wooden car with a loft bed (1.40 m) and sofa bed (1.20 m) and a shepherd's wagon with a large lying area (2 m x 2.20 m). There is also a shower house with toilet in the meadow. Our ducks and pigs live right next door. There is electricity. Wi-Fi is available in the farmhouse 150 meters away. There you can use a kitchen. Breakfast basket (also vegetarian) can be booked for €9/person

Cozy room in the country house with horses

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

You will stay in a modern and fully equipped 2-room apartment (approx. 50 square meters) with Internet, satellite TV, air conditioning, kitchen (stove, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, SodaStream), bathtub and a 22 m² roof terrace, separate house entrance and parking space for one car. The sofa is large and cozy, so it can definitely be used as an additional sleeping option. 2 bikes are available.

Herbal area to take walks in the surroundings. Here you can unwind, sit by the campfire and watch the stars, or sit by the oven and enjoy the panoramic view. Just unwind from the Altag or just enjoy the view of the wonderful nature.

Grandma's Little Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this rural place to stay. Cycling in the Paderborn countryside, walks through the fields, relaxing in the beautiful green garden. Grandma's little cottage offers absolute tranquility and is still centrally located between the cities of Paderborn and Lippstadt. The nearest bakery with a small grocery store is 3 km away. The cities of Salzkotten and Geseke can be reached quickly.

Welcome to our farm surrounded by nature. Our apartment offers a special charm in an old wall, but is in new condition inside. Everything is furnished in a cozy country house style. A kitchen with 2 hotplates, sink, mini oven, contact grill, fridge, coffee maker and kettle offers everything you need. Linens, towels, etc. are provided. Arrival by car is recommended as the nearest stop is 1.3 km away.
