"W-house" (double house) is a private beach house a 5-minute walk from the sea in Kujukuri and Shirako-cho, Chiba Prefecture.There is a large 6LDK, BBQ empty-handed from lunch (paid), a large-screen projector with an unlimited playroom for Switch, and 4 work desks.Great for families with children and friends!There are beaches, expansive parks, one-day hot springs, convenience stores, and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The building is 140 m² 6LDK and can comfortably accommodate multiple families.There is a private yard with a wood deck and BBQ table, and we have a plan (paid) where you can enjoy BBQ empty-handed. There is a multi-purpose room with a large projector that everyone can enjoy a movie, to work remotely, a development camp, or to a children's game competition.While working on weekdays, holidays are also great for working stays.Recently, corporate training and development camps have increased. * Things to keep in mind will be confirmed when applying for a reservation * * You can relax with a 24-hour stay (check-in at 12: 00 and check-out→ at 12: 00 the next day) plan, except during summer vacation (7/19-9/30).

We renovated the old house where our grandmother used to live with our own hands as much as possible. Kujukuri Beach, which is just a short walk away, is a place where relatives and friends have gathered for a long time. Once again, I wanted to make it a place full of smiles like I did in those days, and I've gotten my hands a little bit. Now, there is also high-speed fiber optic wifi and a sauna, making it a relaxing space for families, couples, and friends. One of the charms of the house is that the cats who live nearby casually visit the garden. For those who want to enjoy seaside quiet time, this is the perfect location. Yoga mats, foot massagers, folding chairs, carts, 2 bicycles, sandbox sets, children's toys, chairs, auxiliary toilet seat, picture books, hanging tents, and more.
