Une ch lit double, grd salon, cuisine tt équipée. un petit jardin devant, un autre au sud avec BRQ, table, chaises longues. cette maison est pleine de charme vivante, soyez mes hôtes respectueux. Cette maison est la mienne, je l'habite, mes affaires sont rangées dans les placards, mais ne vous gêneront pas quand vous occupez la maison, je suis installée ailleurs. L'appartement du 1er étage, qui est indépendant, est occupée à l'année par un locataire

Vous serez séduit par son emplacement unique dans un chemin qui donne directement sur la Seine. Depuis son ponton, il est possible de partir en balade en kayak. À proximité de la Seine, de la forêt de Fontainebleau, des châteaux (Fontainebleau, Vaux le Vicomte, Blandy les tours ) à 5’ à pied de la gare, sans oublier l’île de loisirs de Bois le Roi et son golf (9 trous) située à 3kms , ce charmant appartement de 20m2 tout confort vous attend. Un sentier de randonnée est praticable à côté de l’entrée du logement . Les animaux de compagnie sont les bienvenus. Notre boulanger qui se trouve à 200m « vous enchantera les papilles ».
