Large wooded garden of 900 m2 on the shore, private pontoon, swimming, fishing, walking (waterfront secured by a barrier). charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included), garden furniture. The house consists of a veranda dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (gas, oven, washing machine...), a bathroom, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a living room with fireplace and 2 sofa beds, and a travel cot. Great for a chic, relaxing, calm and zen country stay!

The Chateau de Montmelian is a harbor of greenery of more than 30 hectares situated in Samoreau, 8 kilometers from Fontainebleau. The parc hosts a chateau and various gardens, such as a rose and a bamboo garden, magnificent woods, water ponds.
