Beach apartment holiday rentals in San Bartolo

Julio's place was really beautiful just like the photos. The view is mesmerizing. Plenty of restaurants around. Also, the store below was great to buy milk,eggs, bread and etc. The washer and dryer is really convenient. If I do visit Peru again, I will stay at Julio's place.

This is our second time staying at Natasha’s condo in Miraflores and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! We traveled with our family- 3 boys ages 3-8 years old and the condo was spacious allowing for kids to have space. The views don’t get much better- the ocean is right there! With beautiful sunsets right from the balcony. The condo is in a great location- we walked to LarcoMar, surrounding shops, costa verde for a stroll, and restaurants daily. Natasha is a wonderful host- she regularly checked in to make sure our stay was satisfactory. The condo has 24/7 doormen and the entrance remains locked making you and your belongings feel safe. There is a washer and dryer which comes in handy daily when traveling with small children. We definitely recommend Natasha’s condo as a safe, beautiful, and walkable condo to stay in Miraflores.

A very good place, literally within reach of everything.

Kay and I were very pleased to be close to nice areas. Important point to mention is the fact that the owner reacted very rapidly and professionnally when we requested assistance. If our health permit, we will go back next year to Peru and our first choice will be to go back at Laura Classic Homes Miraflores. Kay and Yves

An immaculate apartment with a fantastic host... possibly one of the greatest air bnb's in all of Lima. It is incredibly spacious, with incredible views, and a true sense of interior design. Our Host Tere was always very responsive, even with somewhat trivial questions and problems, very professional and endearing. If you are a family or a group I 100% recommend it. It's literally on the edge of LarcoMar. 10/10

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Yuly's lovely apartment! Being on the ground floor was very convenient for easy in and out. There is shopping and restaurants in walking distance and some nice parks and the beach to enjoy. Yuly was very friendly and helpful with info and directions. The A/C is only in the living room with fans on the bedrooms, but I was very comfortable during my stay. 😊

Christian was an AWESOME host, the place is very nice and BIG! Everything you need is nearby like a pharmacy, grocery store etc. I really enjoyed my stay, it was super convenient being here 3 months!

Absolutely loved our stay at Mylene’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Mylene was a thoughtful and responsive host, making check-in a breeze and ensuring we had everything we needed. Great location, peaceful vibes—would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

I recommend the beach house. It has an excellent location, with quick access to the beach, and common areas such as pool and gym. The house has comfortable facilities, and very well-distributed spaces. The location is perfect for Plaza de San Bartolo, convenience stores, and restaurants. The host of the place was always very kind, helpful and attentive to answer any questions. I 100% recommend the place to spend it with family and/or/or friends.

The vistas through all the tall glass doors are fantastic. The floorplan is open, allowing a nice breeze. The kitchen is well equipped. Potable water was provided. There was plenty of toilet paper. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching the bay. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The building is centrally located a few meters from the descent to the beach. The market and parks are close by so you can shop seamlessly to stock up. The apartment is very well distributed so taking family and/or friends will not be uncomfortable. It has a bike so you can go for a walk. The one that is PETFRIENDLY and has a nice terrace is also a super good thing. Overall we had a great time! Gloria's attitude and predisposition are a plus that few hosts give you. Thank you!

We had a great time with my family, cozy home, clean and tidy things and above all the host was very nice and responsive, great place to stay and relax.

We really liked the apartment, you can see that they have put in the effort to renovate and update it, and it has turned out very nice. Very good wifi. The description and photos match. Access is via public stairs, public parking on the pier as described. We spent a few quiet days in the middle of the week, enjoying the view.

The place is quiet, it has a good time at Maritza's place. I recommend if you want to enjoy the beach. It's late March and there are fewer people on the beach to enjoy the sea.

Veronica's apartment was perfect for our family's stay as we are members of the club across the street! We will definitely rent again next March if we can!

The condo is very nice, the photos shown in the publication do not do the condominium justice, I recommend it 100%, very quiet, safe and with all the amenities.

I liked a very cozy place at home. We enjoyed my family a lot if there is another clear opportunity that we will return 🤗🤗

The place was really nice, we were surprised to find out that it had ocean views we enjoyed some amazing sunsets. Place is safe and secure, very modern. Kitchen had everything we needed plus washer and dryer was very helpful. Only thing bad was the traffic noise early morning and late at night. However we enjoyed our stay. Rodrigo was very responsive and friendly.

Bruno is a great host, he was very attentive when I arrived and waited for me. The place is super cozy, close to the condominium pool and about 10 minutes from the beach, it has all the comforts to spend quality time with family or friends in a private and quiet environment.
