Enjoy with the whole family at this mountain-style house. Very warm, spacious and bright, with excellent views of the lake, mountains and city, a few blocks from the Civic Center. Living room with fireplace, dining room, and solarium deck with outdoor furniture! Outdoor grill, garden on terraces with beautiful native trees and flowering plants. Sprinkler irrigation; automated outdoor lighting. Very quiet residential neighborhood, easily accessible. Shops and restaurants nearby.

Casa Costa de Lago - Excellent Location

Excellent property in Bariloche on the coast of Lake Nahuel Huapi, with a beautiful fully landscaped environment and private sandy beach, pier and extensive garden. An incredible place with the utmost privacy, excellent surroundings and views, fully landscaped and fenced. In the area there is a supermarket, service station and mall. The house is very well located, on the road that leads to the LLao LLao hotel, for summer excursions or to go to Cerro Catedral in winter.
