Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

The beautiful Villa Venere Deluxe is situated just a short walk from the sea, in a perfect location for reaching the beach, which is only 50 m away. It features private on-site parking and a large garden for exclusive use, where you can enjoy a variety of activities. The garden also includes a heated Jacuzzi with hydromassage, a barbecue, 2 sun loungers, 2 deckchairs and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Please note that the dining/living area and the kitchen are located outdoors.

Small Studio apartment in "Piazzetta"

Bright, quaint little apartment overlooking 'La Piazzetta' in the historic centre. It has a queen-size bed (140 cm x 190 cm) on a mezzanine, as well as a small sofa bed (70 cm x 180 cm) next to the kitchen (which is well-equipped). Not suitable for people with reduced mobility or those of large build; the staircase leading to the mezzanine is not a standard staircase (see images). The windows are thermally insulating.
