Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

Aurora Medieval House - Granaio

Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

Small Studio apartment in "Piazzetta"

Bright, quaint little apartment overlooking 'La Piazzetta' in the historic centre. It has a queen-size bed (140 cm x 190 cm) on a mezzanine, as well as a small sofa bed (70 cm x 180 cm) next to the kitchen (which is well-equipped). Not suitable for people with reduced mobility or those of large build; the staircase leading to the mezzanine is not a standard staircase (see images). The windows are thermally insulating. Climate control. Heating. Sheets not ironed ;)

It is about 3.5 km from the San Felice promenade Circeo and 5 km from Lake Sabaudia and its promenade. Tourist tax: €1 per person per night.
