Juan Carlos was very flexible. They stayed a group of my clients and were very happy with the stay. There was only one setback that was not in Juan Carlos's hands as a nearby pipe burst and they were without water a whole day. (This is not something that commonly happens) Juan Carlos very kind left them a few bottles of water for customers' disposal. The house is very nice, good location and as described. Thank you!

Apt is as described. Peaceful, quiet and a safe part of San Jose, about 3km from Centro. I left my phone in my taxy upon arrival and the host was kind enough to call the cab driver and he brough it back. I appreciate that. I liked the fast internet for my work. You have to keep the kitchen area squeaky clean otherwise little ants friends will come and visit. Recommended and won't mind staying there again.

I am very grateful to the hosts, they were very attentive to us in everything,they were very friendly, the place is super comfortable, there are all the amenities as they describe it, very good location, super cheap for what it really offers, I am very sastifechas in everything is 100% in accommodation and treatment of hosts.

We had the best time at Shirel’s place. It’s a beautiful home and worked perfect for our family trip in Costa Rica. She provided a pack n’ play for our son, which was amazing. It even had little baby pillows! 3 bathrooms and a huge master bedroom and closet. The patio was amazing for bbq-ing and being outside with family. Shirel was so kind and responsive in everything!! The location is great and close to parks, markets, restaurants, etc.. We were able to go out and about to nearby areas. It felt private but close to everything. We would love to go back for future stays!!
