Casuzza duci is a cosy house set in a splendid panoramic location overlooking the tyrrhenian sea and the mountains. Ideal place for a romantic couple or a family loving nature and searching tranquility. Two bedrooms with big windows and fan ceilings opened to the garden area and a luminous living room boosting wooden ceilings and mosaics floors. A kitchen corner surrounded by windows where to cook admiring the transparent sea. A garden to relax in a hamac and a fully equipped barbecue.

Casa Marta, charming apartment in San Fratello

Casa Marta is the house where my sister Francesca and I spent our summer holidays every year when we were children. It is a simple house but with all the comforts, the view and the fresh air that comes from the Nebrodi park are incomparable. San Fratello is a village outside the tourist routes, has very ancient origins, was founded in the 12th century and its traditions are the result of a long history and a mixture of peoples and cultures that have followed one another over the centuries.

Horse House si trova nella città di Ragalna a 800mt s.l.m. a pochi chilometri dal Parco dell’Etna, posizione strategica per le escursioni sul vulcano, panorami mozzafiato e per raggiungere il mare a Catania(20km), Siracusa e Taormina a solo un ora di viaggio in auto. Una piccola ma graziosa e confortevole dependance in villa completa di tutti i comfort, immersa nel verde e nella quiete di un bosco di querce lontano dai rumori, per momenti di relax a contatto con la natura e la campagna.

Small Farmhouse

A 16th century stone house, surrounded by greenery near the sea. The Piccolo Casale is a typical Sicilian baglio of the 16th/16th century consisting of a central courtyard surrounded by a succession of rooms which were partly used as an oil mill and warehouses and partly as a patronal house. The renovation that took place in the 90s left the structure and architecture of the Baglio intact, at the same time creating the essential comforts for the stay.

In a Residence nestled in a lush garden with a breathtaking sea view and private parking we rent 1 apartment. Its equipped with A /C, parking place, sun curtain in the terrass, blackout blinds in all windows, TV, free Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. If you come during wintertime the apartment has floor heating. The position of the apartments will assure you a vacation that is like balm for your soul and always in reach of the best of Sicily.

The Gabbiano accommodation is part of a house divided into three small adjoining apartments, each with its own independent entrance and private garden. The garden leads directly to the beach. The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen where you can eat, a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A means of transportation (car or scooter) is essential as the area is not served by public transportation.
