Welcome! Ideal house for couples, families and/or groups in Fracc. Private with 24 hour security. 5 minutes from Av. Juarez (Access to Puebla Center), 10 minutes from Volkswagen, 15 minutes from Cholula, 5 minutes from Galerías Serdán Shopping Center, 15 minutes from Angelópolis Shopping Center. Next to the subdivision, there is a Walmart and a Mega Comercial Mexicana. 3 parking spaces and common areas in the subdivision with children's games, basketball court and barbecues.

Restaurants, local shops, night life and landmarks are located within walking distance. There are two main attractions. La Iglesia de Nuestra Senora de los Remedios, a church that rests on top of the pyramid with a beautiful view of Cholula. The other is La Piramide de Cholula. Tourists from all over the world stop by and visit.

Located very close to Cerro Zapotecas, a beautiful place ideal for practicing mountain biking and walking with pets. It has a beautiful garden with fruit trees, a grill oven, two garden furniture, sun umbrellas, as well as two terraces, one of them panoramic with a beautiful view of the Popo.
