Holiday rentals with beach access in San Juan De Los Terreros

Everything was perfect and very clean, thank you so much!

Andrés is super attentive and kind and although he was on vacation, he was very attentive to us during our stay. The apartment is very nice with fantastic beach views. The only thing I could "complain" about is that when we booked he promised us a welcome basket with beer, but it seems he forgot. Otherwise, everything was great. We would definitely repeat.

This is a lovely apartment near the beach and everything is on your doorstep. Great restaurants, would definitely go back.

Very recommended apartment. Very comfortable and very well located. The terrace is spectacular. The host is very nice and very easy to communicate with, although fortunately everything was as planned and it was not necessary to do it for anything extraordinary.

The Apartment was beautiful and right by the Beach. It was very clean and amazing Place! The Host was very forthcoming and gave recommendations for restaurants etc.

We has a great time in Rachael's appartment! Close to the beach, restaurants, hiking trails and the little supermarket. Communication was easy and quick. We do recommend Rachael's appartment!

We have been to Brigitte's house my family and I, it was a great stay. Yolanda the one who takes care of the estate always pending and friendly, very flexible at check-in time, the house is very comfortable. The only thing missing is an air conditioner because it is very hot, but in the listing it did not put air conditioning so we were not tricked, just commented to improve the estate as it is spectacular in everything. Also the beaches and the magnificent village of bonito and it has everything we need for a very good holiday. Thank you very much Brigitte and Yolanda for everything, I recommend it for sure.

Very nice house, local to the port and shops Stayed end on march so little cold for the pool. But the pool an area was clean.

the house is very nice and very spacious. the rooms are very cool and at night you slept in glory. The two rooms give a terrace. Also the rooftop gives the view to the wonderful sea. Everything very well the location of the house is great 5 minutes from the beach and the urban center 10 minutes also. It has the health center 5 minutes away. Excellent treatment from Julia was very attentive to everything. I encourage you to come this luxury one.

We had a fabulous stay and are so grateful. Everything we needed, down to Shampoo and Conditioner was all there upon arrival. It is so beautifully maintained, the garden, the house, the pool and orientated to catch the sun at all points of the day. It was exactly what myself and my fanily needed, thank you!!

Perfect stay, house is very spacious and is well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Cycling routes are amazing in the area and the large porch area with sun loungers is perfect for chilling afterwards! Can't comment on restaurants and things nearby but it was nice and peaceful in the evenings (in March at least). Wouldn't hesitate to stay again :)

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. We thought the recommended location was great. Thank you very much

The place is magical! From the first moment you can feel at home, it's very cozy, clean, bright. The apartment is very well equipped, you can find everything you need for both a short and very long stay. The location is perfect, close to the sports resort, up to 2 minutes to the beach. The neighborhood is also quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants (both on foot and by car).

Denise & Barry were amazing hosts, very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. They provided us with everything to ensure a comfortable stay, even down to beach chairs, cool box, parasols etc. we were happily greeted with a welcome basket with ingredients for Tinto De Verano which was lovely. Location perfect, beach, bars & restaurants near by. Denise & Barry stayed in touch the whole time with recommendations and information on surrounding areas. I would highly this property. We loved the place well located, it is recently renovated and the decor makes the stay very pleasant, the sofa bed is quite comfortable and it is very clean we will return without hesitation, thanks to María and her son Juanfra they made the stay very easy thanks to both of us for being such good hosts

This is the second year we've gone and everything is fantastic. The apartment is perfect, very clean and with everything you need to feel at home. We'll be back for sure.

Wonderful, incredibly well looked-after and well-designed apartment. Super-fresh kitchen and bathroom, the best smart TV that we've ever had at an AirBnB and fabulous, private outside space with both sunny and shaded areas. The location - effectively at the end of a no-through-road, is brilliant: 5 minute walk to some terrific bars and restaurants and yet very quiet at night whilst we were there. Romaine could not have been more helpful - she is a really outstanding host
