Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located apt. close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It’s in the heart of the Condado area right on the main avenue. The building has a wonderful pool, 24/7 doorman service and a gym. Parking is not available with this unit. Our concierge/doorman will check you into the bldg and will require ID. Beautiful second floor apartment in the heart of the Old San Juan. A spacious one bedroom apartment with a mezzanine that works as a open extra bedroom. One bed, two sofa beds. One full kitchen, and one bathroom. From the balcony you can get a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Excellent location! Walking distance to el Morro, art places, historical monuments, bars and excellent restaurants. Close to the airport, public transportation and taxis. You won't find a better location!!
