Enjoy this peaceful and centric lodging in an area with lots of cultural and recreational diversity. Located ten minutes from Luis Muñoz Marín International airport, it is walking distance from beaches in Ocean Park and Condado, supermarkets, museums, bars, restaurants and plazas. It is a separate apartment of an antique house in a valuable historical zone. Most importantly is to enjoy your stay with utmost respect for the neighbors. No parties or loud music are allowed.

Comfortable and cozy rooms with bathroom, located in a safe and quiet area five minutes from the Luis Munoz Marin airport in SJ. Close to restaurants, fast foods, banks, pharmacies, casinos and the beautiful Isla Verde Beach. We recently installed solar panels with batteries to ensure our guests have power during the blackouts that have been occurring frequently in Puerto Rico lately. We also have a water cistern in case of a water emergency.

The pool is exclusively for guests. There's parking and it's in an excellent location, 7 minutes from the airport, Mall San Juan, a bakery and Isla Verde.
