House holiday rentals in San Juan

This stay was amazing! Everything was exactly as it was described. I would definitely come back to PR and stay at Samuel’s place. The house was very clean and was very spacious. If you are planning a trip with a group, I would definitely recommend this place! The location was perfect and all the attractions and towns to visit were close by.

Great place! Everything was perfect, the pool is so pretty and there were so many towels to use for the beach and shower. I have no complains on the house it’s a great deal!

My friends and I rented this place for my 30th birthday, it was very centrally located to all the places we wanted to explore! The pool and space was great! Id suggest bringing your own towels though, only 4 pool towels and 4 shower towels for 6 guests. Other than that the space was great and accommodated all of us! Would definitely recommend

Was a pleasure to be host from Jose Anthony, you can’t expect more everything is very accessible from the house to the restaurants to the highway to go anywhere you have to go is right in the middle of every place And the host was always attentive and very friendly and respectful offering more than just the beautiful home but also getting back to us every time we have a question with perfect suggestions and always very friendly available

Host (Laury) was amazing. The house was in a great location. It was easy to get to anywhere in San Juan because it felt everything was 10 to 15 mins away from my location.

The place was as described! It was beautiful and very spacious. We enjoyed our time staying here and felt safe the entire time. We also enjoyed going in the pool and playing the outdoor activities they provided. They also provided us with beach materials that we were able to use at the beach!!! Loved that!! It was also very easy to uber places. It’s also within walking distance to bars and restaurants and of course the ocean! AC units worked super well!!! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Me and my friends had an amazing stay at Monteflores Property. Luis met us at check in and provided an update on every amenity in the beautiful villa. The rooms were big clean and spacious as we had 5 guest stay for my best friends 40th birthday. The location was amazing and private but very secure. The location was so much bigger in person and super clean which we loved. We recommend anyone with a big party to reserve with them you won’t be disappointed. Thank you again for providing an amazing stay and when I come back to Puerto Rico I will absolutely book with them again.

This place was beautiful and unique. Different than anyplace we have ever stayed. The location was great. Parking as stated is very limited I would say that is the only down side. Not a far walk to parking garages. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Our host was very responsive and sweet.

I have nothing but a great wonderful experience. Me and my 3 daughters loved your home and have made beautiful memories. Your home was magnificently clean and with everything we could need and want ! By far Maria had everything we could of possibly needed! She paid attention to small details tht we found thoughtful and helpful for travelers. Best airbnb I’ve stood in so far ! Thank you ! The area was great even for after the beach days or lazy days when u wanna just order in and enjoy the pool or games.

Great place to stay, Looked exactly like in the photos and host was responsive. Close to the airport, 10 min drive to the Isla verde beach and 15min drive to Old San Juan. The only disappointment was that there was a power outage in the area for one night ( its out of control by the owner or host) and there was no generator or battery light in the stay. But the host was kind enough to refund for one night. I would suggest the owner or host to add an emergency light for future and also some additional linens or blankets.

We have being staying at Marco’s for a few years in a now, and it has always being great. We sure, be back next year.

Words can’t describe how perfect this Airbnb was. it actually looks better than the pictures. The beds were very comfortable. It is also super safe for my single ladies or girls group trip. You would have no problems staying here .(security is tight) All of the amenities and appliance fit very well free of clutter home. the host Jose is an amazing person the way he communicates and very patient.

Sara's place was amazing! The gated community gave my family and I being all women a sense of safety. Her place is literally across from the beach which was perfect for our beach day and less than 10 minutes give or take from the airport which was great since it was our first time driving in PR! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the beds themselves slept amazingly and not to mention every room was equipped with AC!!. The backyard pool was an added bonus with lots of photo opportunities. The minor problems that did occur Sara wac responsive and gave good resolutions! From the thoughtful welcome gifts to the early check-in Sara made visiting Puerto Rico a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay here!

loved staying at Latitude House the location was great for accessing Isla Verde and the beaches. The house was perfect for my family plenty of space for everyone

We had a great time at Milary’s place. He was very accommodating to everything we needed and easy to communicate to. The house is located near the beach and is walkable to nearby restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

This was my favorite airbnb experience of my life. The house is so unbelievably comfortable, everything is almost 15 minutes to anything you possibly want to do on the island, I got to see so many beautiful animals right behind the house, the sun rises RIGHT ALONG THE BACKYARD, and the host / entire family were SO WARM AND WELCOMING! I knew it was going to be a great stay when the very first day our host showed up to our house with a freshly cut papaya that they just took down that morning. It was so unbelievably fresh and delicious. My girlfriend and I also had the privilege of staying here during the infamous New Year’s Eve blackout!!! We were so lucky that the house had a back up generator and that everything we possibly needed, the host made sure of. It was pretty hard to find food on New Year’s Eve, and the host came by with a plethora food for us. I can’t get over how intimate the stay was & I can’t wait to come back & experience it again!!This stay is how airbnb SHOULD BE :)

Our stay at Marisa’s Cheerful Isla Verde Beach House was absolutely perfect! Marisa was in touch immediately after our booking sending us recommendations for places to visit for the different ages in our group, rental car information and more. Upon arrival, the front of the house was beautiful and well kept. Inside was spacious, clean and homie. Marisa left us some starters like water, coffee, snacks, local beer, kid yogurts for my girls, and even a beach play set for my granddaughter❤️ this home is well equipped and it’s amazing because it allows you to pack light. Marisa home includes things like shampoo/conditioner, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and even coolers. All the towels were SO soft and smelled so fresh and clean. Throughout our stay Marisa was very attentive and thoughtful. Left unexpected little gifts for me and my daughters. Really sweet. Our time at Marisa’s place felt like home. Thank you for everything, Marisa and we hope to visit again soon!

Yara was an amazing host! She was so responsive and even decorated the living room for my birthday! I definitely would recommend staying here!
