Pet-friendly holiday rentals in San Juan

Samuel provides a beautiful home perfect for a trip to PR. Check in and check out was so easy and stress free. Even our ubers loved the home from the outside. The pool hours although they seemed unfair at first we really didn’t even want to be there past 6pm so it all worked out !!

Excellent place, very clean, the amenities are outstanding!

The location of the studio itself is very nice. The surroundings not so much but once you park and hang out in the outside living area you barely noticed it. Hector was very attentive. On day 3 of our trip he reached out to see how things were. We had a problem with the bed where it wasnt comfortable from sinking the middle. He sent a guy over as soon as we got back to fix the issue right away and he did. It was a wonderful place to stay for sure.

Place was exactly as described! Alex and Diana were very responsive! It was such a plus they had a solar generator during the islands power outage. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again. 10/10

We had a great time at Milary’s place. He was very accommodating to everything we needed and easy to communicate to. The house is located near the beach and is walkable to nearby restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

It was a very comfortable stay really nice neighborhood

We were nervous visiting Puerto Rico for the first time but this Airbnb exceeded our expectations! The house matched the photos perfectly - everything was spotless and clean. We really appreciated the booklet of food recommendations they provided. The neighborhood is fantastic with a great selection of restaurants and amazing food options. It's super close to a beach where we spent much of our time. The neighborhood was quiet and the natural airflow in the apartment helped us sleep comfortably despite Puerto Rico's heat. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we felt right at home throughout our stay. Demi and Andrei were wonderful hosts - very friendly and responsive whenever we needed to communicate. Highly recommend staying here!

Host (Laury) was amazing. The house was in a great location. It was easy to get to anywhere in San Juan because it felt everything was 10 to 15 mins away from my location.

This Airbnb was perfect for me and my guests! Marc (the host) sent very clear instructions which were very helpful for entering the Airbnb. He is also a very fast communicator and easy to get in touch with. The place looks just like the pictures! I think it is perfect for max 4 people in order to be comfortable as the upstairs (3 levels) is a bit tight. It was very clean! Also be mindful of your noise after 9pm as there is a noise detector if you are too loud but me and my guests were respectful and were mainly out partying anyways. This Airbnb is also close to a lot of places and is walkable to the beach. I would highly recommend this place for a quick girls trip or a small group. 10/10 experience!

Awesome location with an amazing view of the beach. The place has everything you’d need and is super convenient for anyone that loves the beach. The apartment is very cozy and clean. The host is also very sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

My family (2 adults & 2 children) absolutely loved our stay. The house instructions and guide book were detailed and very helpful. There was a lovely memento upon arrival. The house is incredible- spacious and comfortable with beautiful artwork throughout. The bedding and towels are soft and plentiful. Beds and pillows were quite comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We made great use of the well outfitted kitchen. The pool and outdoor space were gorgeous and allowed for a lovely private place to relax when not exploring VSJ. The location is central and easily walkable to many different restaurants, parks, historical sites, a pharmacy and grocery store. Delicious coffee and food are all around. We enjoyed communication with Nadia and Jorge. They were clear, friendly, not intrusive, and offered excellent recommendations. The garage spot was amazing as we took several day trips and parking is a challenge in town. An overall fabulous experience and we plan to return!

My brother a I loved the apartment's location and how clean it was upon arrival. I was perfec, we have no issues. The apartment was charming, and the host was friendly and helpful 🙂 5 🌟 recommended 👌

awesome place to stay, exactly like pictures, neighborhood looks wired initially as we were in PR first time then realize this is how it is and get use to of it, close to airport and lot of other things, had an awesome stay no issues at all so many things to list that were great - will definitely stay again to this same place.

The host is responsive when contacted. The unit has large bedrooms; kitchen area. The bathrooms are tight, but doable (No-one is going to spend the entire time in the bathroom, right?) Furnishing in great condition, my family commented the beds were extremely comfortable. We highly recommend to all Airbnb users to check this one when in San Juan PR. Roads are tight to navigate thru, but manageable. Common noises found in neighborhoods -dogs barking; birds or frogs singing; trash pickup

Loved Gigi's place! A perfect little oasis in San Juan! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, clean and cozy stay while being not far away from all the important things. Ocean Park beach is close by and possibly my favorite beach in San Juan. If you like vegan/veggie options three are handful of great clean-eating places like Superfoods, Berlingri that are like a 10-15 min walk away.

Man what can I say Manuel’s place was a delight and pretty central we rented a car and it wasn’t bad at all. The only thing is the shower water was warm. Other than that thank you for the time and will be booking again if we come back to PR

I would recommend this Airbnb and follow Mariella’s guestbook. My daughter and her friends really enjoyed La Placienta and we went to the beach she recommended.

I loved the location with the exception of hearing airplanes from time to time. The atmosphere was perfect and just the tranquil space I needed. John helped me plan my vacation from car rental to tips and information on what and when to see it. Superb!
