The house, furnished according to Sardinian tradition, is located in San Leonardo di Siete Fuentes, a hamlet of Santu Lussurgiu, at an altitude of about 700 meters, in the province of Oristano. The village is one of the most enchanting places in Sardinia, always a destination for various artists who find inspiration there. The Romanesque church of 1100 is important. The renowned beaches of the coast of Oristano and Bosa are only 30 kilometers away; after a day at the beach, you can enjoy the silence and the cool night.

Soggiorna in un’affascinante casa in pietra nel cuore di Scano di Montiferro, vicina al mare, a siti naturali e archeologici e a Bosa e Oristano. La casa è disposta su tre livelli: Ingresso salotto, cucina attrezzata, camera con letto alla francese (140 cm), bagno ampio e locale lavanderia al piano terra. Al 1 piano una camera con due letti singoli, una seconda camera matrimoniale, un bagno, e se necessario, una seconda cucina. Completa la casa un'ampia terrazza al secondo e ultimo piano

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

The little house on Via Pia is a small historic house from 1880, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. Large 120-square-meter apartment in the historic center of Cuglieri overlooking the main street, on the second floor of a family building from the 1920s. You will find an old house that has retained the original furnishings and the Deco spirit of the time. The building was originally acquired by my great-grandfather and still belongs to my family. We live on the third floor (two adults and a child), while guests will have the entire apartment on the second floor.

The spaces are dedicated to the comfortable use of an open living space communicating with a creative space of Sardinian craftsmanship and an architecture studio. The B&B is designed to accommodate people who, if they wish, can learn the art of manual weaving in the adjacent workshop, which is clearly visible from the open space.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
