Gross Scrolls - Paradise in Portofino Park

We are on Monte di Portofino. A small, well-kept house, in a fabulous place, reachable by boat or on foot. The lapping of the waves, the large private terrace overlooking the sea. A refuge for adults and children, far from traffic and tourism, with plenty of private outdoor space where you can sunbathe and have lunch; the sea is just outside the house. A marine reserve with magnificent seabed, the Natural Park, seaside villages with evocative excursions and, in the evening, a glass of wine with magnificent sunsets.

Tower apartment with amazing sea view!

Lovely apartment, in a tower of an ancient building, on the hills of Santa Margherita Ligure. In the charming village of San Lorenzo della Costa, overlooking the Tigullio Gulf. Perfect to reach Santa Margherita Ligure, Rapallo and Camogli (10 min. by car), Portofino and Cinque Terre, and then, relax in a cosy and quiet place, where you can soak into the local atmophere. If you like hiking, you will enjoy the panoramic trails in the Portofino National Park, reachable on foot from the apartment.

This unique home is a part of the old sea front fishing village in Santa Margherita Ligure built in the late 1800s and is newly renovated but with its original architecture and style! It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a loft with a double bed. Gorgeous seaside & town views with cafes, restaurants and boutiques and direct access to the beach. It is on the 4th floor with no lift but we will help you with your luggage. Just a short ferry or car ride or 45 min walk to Portofino!

Entire floor apartment, at the highest point of San Lorenzo della Costa on the Portofino mountain. Cool without air conditioning, with two large loggias to use all day. Breathtaking views from all rooms, 14 double windows. Entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, second bathroom with laundry and three large bedrooms. Eight beds. Painted vaulted ceilings. Top floor with elevator, two owned parking spaces in the condominium garden. Very quiet place.
